Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Create engaging posts, including images, videos, reels, and stories tailored for different platforms.
- Write compelling and brand-consistent captions, hashtags, and descriptions.
- Plan and schedule promotions, discounts, and special event announcements.
Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Develop strategies to grow followers and increase engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Optimize posts based on platform algorithms and audience behavior.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
Community Management & Influencer Collaborations
- Monitor and respond to customer comments, questions, and reviews promptly.
- Identify and collaborate with local influencers, food bloggers, and content creators to enhance reach.
📈 Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Track key performance indicators (engagement rate, reach, impressions, etc.).
- Use analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven improvements.
