About Learning Through Skills Acquisition Initiative (LETSAI)
Learning Through Skills Acquisition Initiative (LETSAI) is a youth-led, women-focused non-profit organization established in June 2015. The organization primarily targets women, youths, and children—vulnerable groups within society—and addresses critical protection issues through various programs. These include sustainable livelihoods, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) interventions, psychosocial support through women’s groups and counseling sessions, and women empowerment initiatives.
LETSAI works collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to promote peacebuilding, raise awareness about GBV, and provide skill-building opportunities for women and young girls, especially survivors of violence. In addition, the organization integrates hygiene promotion into its work, enhancing best practices through house-to-house sensitization campaigns.
The core values of LETSAI include timeliness, a positive attitude, integrity, excellence, and professionalism. Gender mainstreaming is a key focus across all its interventions, ensuring equitable outcomes in all its programs.
