Job Overview
Position: Project Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month
Application Deadline: December 31, 2024
As a Project Manager at Peakware Group, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact for all aspects of project organization and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
- Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure technical feasibility.
- Create detailed project plans to track progress.
- Define project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Project Execution
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage resource availability and allocation.
- Track project progress.
Risk Management
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Develop contingency plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Monitoring and Control
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
Documentation and Compliance
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
